Guest Wi-Fi sign maker
For restaurants, cafés and shops: type your guest network's name and passphrase, and get a printable sign with a QR code. Customers point their phone camera at it and join, with no typing.

Before you print
- Test the code. Scan it with a phone, ideally one that has never joined this network, and check it connects and can reach the internet.
- Change the passphrase from time to time, and print a new sign when you do.
- Keep the sign where you can see it. Put the exact network name on it so customers can tell it from a copycat.
- A printer may remember what you print. Shared and office printers can keep copies of jobs. Use a printer you control.
- Wi-Fi codes use a standard format supported by current iPhone and Android cameras. Very old phones may need the passphrase typed in.
